Travel Theme: Sweet

Thanks to Ailsa for asking for sweet this week, I remembered the delicious frozen mango cup I enjoyed at the Kununurra Markets. In the tropical northern climate, with water provided by the Ord River Scheme, growers produce fabulous tropical fruits. This mango pulp was frozen, then squeezed through a slow screw juicer, and made a wonderful sweet cooling snack. The other photos are a tiny wildflower from Kununurra, growing in the spectacular Mirima National Park; a champagne cocktail on our dinner cruise in Nitmiluk Gorge, and the sweet face of the Blue-faced Honeyeater looking for handouts in the campsite.
