Heart Opening Breath: Stand with feet apart, knees soft. Cross the arms with palms facing outwards. Breathe in and draw the arms up in front of the body, and above the head. Hold for a few seconds. Breathe out, bring your arms back down spreading them out wide to each side of the body. Repeat at least three times.
Fullness, warmth expansion. I touch the unlimited nature of myself and feel safe inside.
A part of everything and everyone. Separation dissolves into the mists of illusion from whence it came.
